The ITUC-Asia Pacific/DGB BW Women and Youth Camp: Transforming Unions for a Just Future of Work will take place from 7-9 November 2024 in Bogor, Indonesia. This camp is the culminating event of a highly successful three-year partnership between ITUC-Asia Pacific and DGB BW, focused on building women and youth leadership within unions in Cambodia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Around 80 delegates from the three countries will come together for a three-day journey packed with dynamic team-building activities, interactive sessions, storytelling circles, and leadership challenges. Expect hands-on workshops designed to equip participants with the tools to lead in the changing world of work, while tackling issues that matter most to women and youth in unions.

This camp will provide the space for collaboration, where delegates will work together to develop actionable plans to drive gender equality and youth leadership forward. Expect meaningful networking opportunities, new friendships, and the chance to learn from peers and experts alike.
